Agaperman Berdimyradov
Agaperman Berdimyradov is a Turkmen student mathematician who won a silver medal for Turkmenistan at the 67th International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO 2026), held in Shanghai from 10-21 July 2026. A 12th-grade pupil at Secondary School No. 40 in the Yoloten etrap of Mary velayat, he was Turkmenistan's sole silver medallist and its highest-ranked competitor, finishing 56th of 666 contestants with 28 points (problem scores 7-7-4-7-3-0). His IMO 2026 result was a debut at the competition and came after several years on the Turkmen national olympiad circuit: he took bronze at the 2024 Iranian Geometry Olympiad and competed at the International Zhautykov Olympiad in 2025 and 2026. Turkmenistan's team finished 43rd overall at IMO 2026 with 110 points.
