Andrey Turovskiy

Andrey Turovskiy is an Azerbaijani mathematician and software architect. He represented Azerbaijan at the International Mathematical Olympiad in 1996, earning an Honourable Mention with 8 points, and competed again in 1997. He holds a PhD in Mathematics from the Azerbaijan State Academy of Science Institute of Mathematics, and Master's and Bachelor's degrees (both with Red Diploma distinction) in Mathematics from Baku State University. His career spans software development and system architecture in Azerbaijan's IT sector, including R.I.S.K. Scientific Production Company and OCAQ Scoring, where he works today as Team Leader.
