Antonio Fan

Antonio Fan (also recorded as Antonio Fan Huang) is a Panamanian mathematics competitor who represented Panama at the International Mathematical Olympiad in 2009 (Bremen) and 2010 (Astana). He took an Honourable Mention in 2009 (12 points, rank 296, 47.8%) and in 2010 won Panama's first-ever IMO medal - a bronze - scoring 16 points and finishing 199th at 61.6%. He competed from his teens (Panama's Iberoamerican team, Central American olympiads) and later gave back as an instructor for the Olimpiada Panamena de Matematica. By 2013 he was studying Computer Science at Purdue University in Indiana.
