Paisan Nakmahachalasint

Paisan Nakmahachalasint is a mathematician and lecturer in the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok. He works on functional equations, particularly Hyers-Ulam-Rassias and Ulam-Gavruta-Rassias stability, within algebra and number theory. He earned a Ph.D. in Physics (2001) and M.S. in Physics (1996) from UCLA and a B.S. in Physics with first-class honors from Chulalongkorn University (1993). He represented Thailand at the International Mathematical Olympiad in 1989 and 1990. He has served as a coach/leader for Thailand's IMO team in later years.
