Roni Adom Edwin is a Ghanaian mathematics student and a Yale University mathematics PhD student, previously an undergraduate at MIT and a student at Ghana International School in Accra. He is Ghana's first-ever International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) bronze medallist, winning bronze at IMO 2020 in St Petersburg with the highest score of any contestant from Africa, and earning Honourable Mentions at IMO 2019 and IMO 2021. In Ghana he was the youngest winner of the Ghana Math Olympiad at age 13 (2017) and the overall winner in 2018 and 2019, the only student to win back-to-back.
