Valerii Kovnatskyi is a Ukrainian competitive programmer from Kharkiv, born in 2007. He represented Ukraine at the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) 2025 in Sucre, Bolivia, winning a silver medal with a score of 361.89 and ranking 66th of 330 contestants - Ukraine's top individual result that year. He is a Codeforces Grandmaster under the handle 'Triseedot' (peak rating 2445), won gold at the Baltic Olympiad in Informatics 2025 and silver at the Balkan Olympiad in Informatics 2024, and placed first at the 2025 All-Ukrainian Olympiad in Informatics.
