Replying to a redditor:

> who came up with the idea of a talking ceramic cream bowl shaped like a cow taking care of a gigantic pig baby voiced by jk simmons and exactly how many hallucinogens were they on at the time

> The pig baby was thought up by me. Because we were like "What's gonna be in this car" and then I said these words: "I dunno, I mean it could be anything, like uh... like uh... like a pig baby." and then everyone stared at me and was like "What's a pig baby?" and then we went from there!

### u/oweeeeendennis in r/InfinityTrain, Apr 16, 2021 · Cut idea

Replying to a redditor:

> Dear Owen I want ti ask reject things from i infinity train, like scrapped cars, characters, plotlines, etc. And, if you can, the ideas you had for book 5-8. Kisses from Brazil.

> We don't really have "rejected" ideas (unless you count the entirety of the rest of the show).
>
> However, this season at one point was going to be about two bank robbers in the old west who got on a train and then, somehow, slowly turned into two rocker dudes from Canada.
>
> We also talked about two people talking across dimensions, like living out of phase with each other. We also had an idea about someone falling in love with someone based on their tape and never having met them.

### u/oweeeeendennis in r/vfx, Nov 2, 2025 · Own mistake

Replying to the post "Editor on first stop-motion short, struggling with "unfixable" cleanup errors. How perfect is "good enough"?".

> I found myself thinking about where in the scene the eye was focused so much, that one time in one episode of a show we made, we accidentally left the timecode on in one shot. That shot had to go through me, the editor, assistant editor, the supervising producer, the animation director, multiple PAs and PCs, AND through QC, none of whom caught it. I only realized we missed it after one fan saw it on TV, took a screenshot, and was like "what's this?" Felt very embarrassing.

In the thread "This is my night, every night.".

> I have a corgi. I also grew up with a corgi. The corgi in the show is more based on the dog I grew up with, back when people were baffled by what kind of dog a corgi even was. Everyone would look at my dog and be like "What is that? What's wrong with it?" and oh ho hoooo how the turns have tabled.

Context: a commenter said the show's corgi jokes now made sense (https://www.reddit.com/r/corgi/comments/k3znun/)
