Herbert Beltman

Having studied Financial Mathematics and Computer Science in parallel, I have enjoyed using and designing IT solutions to attack challenges. Currently I work at Ortec Finance as a Coach. <br><br>With a team of coaches we strive to enable improving the way we work at Ortec Finance: I use my experience as a former consultant, information analyst and team leader at Ortec Finance to guide teams and their leaders, to coach and train key figures, and to help implementing changes that achieve the goals of the organization.<br><br>In my spare time I have spend quite some time on stage. I use my experience in acting, improvisational theatre and directing/coaching in my professional career in many ways.
