Jaime Mendizábal Roche (born Madrid, 1994) is a Spanish mathematician. He represented Spain at the International Mathematical Olympiad in 2011 (Bronze Medal) and 2012 (Honourable Mention). He read a Double Degree in Computer Engineering and Mathematics at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2012-2017, Extraordinary Prize), spent an Erasmus year at TU München working as a research assistant in logic and verification, and completed an MASt in Pure Mathematics at the University of Cambridge (2017-2018) on a Fundación 'la Caixa' fellowship. From 2018 he pursued a PhD in mathematics at University College London in the LSGNT doctoral training centre on monopoles and gauge theory, passing his viva on 5 June 2024.
