Mircea-Bogdan Pașoi

Mircea-Bogdan Pasoi (b. 23 July 1987, Romania) is a Romanian-born US software engineering leader. He won a silver medal for Romania at IOI 2005 and a gold medal at IOI 2006. He co-founded the Romanian programming-competition community infoarena.ro (2004) and the startups balaur.ro, ReadFu, Summify (acquired by Twitter, 2012), Memo AI (team acqui-hired by Coinbase, 2018) and Serene AI (acquired by Brain Co., 2024). He has led engineering at Twitter, Coinbase (Head of Identity Engineering), Novi (Head of Growth Engineering), Clubhouse (Head of Engineering) and, since 2024, Brain Co. (Head of Engineering). He is based in San Francisco and is an active angel investor.
