Nikita Khomich

Nikita Khomich is a Belarusian-born engineer and researcher. He won a bronze medal for Belarus at the 61st International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO 2020, held online from St Petersburg), having graduated from Lyceum BGU in Minsk. He studied at the University of Cambridge (2021-2024). His roles have spanned research and engineering: a junior researcher at Huawei (Cambridge), a research intern at IPAM (UCLA), a computational scientist contractor at Cambridge, and a quantitative-research role listed for 2024-2025. Since 2025 he has been a founding member of technical staff at Tzafon, an AI company building foundation models for computer-use agents, where he works on scaling reinforcement learning.
