Si Yu How

Si Yu How (also written How Si Yu) is a Malaysian quantitative researcher based in the UK. He represented Malaysia at the International Mathematical Olympiad in 2010-2013, winning gold in 2011 (Malaysia's first IMO gold), and took a silver medal at the International Olympiad in Informatics 2013. He read Mathematics at the University of Oxford (Master's degree, 2015-2019), and has worked at Gambit Research in London since 2019 - as a Quantitative Analyst until 2025 and as a Senior Quantitative Researcher since 2025 - implementing sports models and devising trading strategies.
