Hoang Hai Minh Nguyen

Hoang Hai Minh Nguyen (Nguyễn Hoàng Hải Minh) is a Vietnamese competitive programmer who won a bronze medal for Vietnam at the 2018 International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) in Tsukuba, Japan, scoring 225/600 and ranking 131st of 335. He was a 12th-grade student in class 12A2 at VNU HUS High School for Gifted Students (THPT chuyen KHTN, VNU Hanoi), one of four Vietnamese medalists that year alongside gold medalist Pham Duc Thang. He also won bronze at the Asia-Pacific Informatics Olympiad (APIO) 2018. Under the handle 'Nevir' he competed on Codeforces, and he went on to study Computer Science at the National University of Singapore's School of Computing, where in AY2021S1 he was a developer on the CS2103T team project ProductiveNUS and an NUS ICPC selection participant.
