Jawad Akbar

Jawad Akbar (often listed as Jawad Akbar Khan) is a Pakistani competitive programmer and student at SundarSTEM School in Lahore. He represented Pakistan at the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) 2026 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, scoring 166/600 for an Honourable Mention (rank 242/375). He previously earned a silver medal at the IATI 2024 online competition and was part of the SundarSTEM team that won medals at the inaugural North African Olympiad in Informatics (NAOI) 2025. In Meta Cup 2024 he placed 237th globally and was the top-ranked contestant from Pakistan. On Codeforces he competes as Jawad.Akbar_JJ (Expert, current rating 1774, max Candidate Master 2038).
