Leo Varis is a Finnish software engineer and competitive programmer. He represented Finland at the International Olympiad in Informatics in both 2022 (rank 174, bronze) and 2023 (rank 101, bronze). He now works as a Software Engineer at G-Research in London, after founding-team work on the OB-1 coding agent at OpenBlock and backend engineering at Unity in Helsinki. He studied mathematics and computer science at Aalto University and the University of Helsinki.
