Martin Melicher is a Slovak mathematics and informatics olympiad competitor from Kosice. He represented Slovakia at the International Mathematical Olympiad in three consecutive years, earning an honourable mention in 2017, a silver medal in 2018 and a bronze medal in 2019. He was equally strong in competitive programming, taking bronze at the International Olympiad in Informatics in 2018 and silver in 2019. He studied at Gymnazium Postova 9 in Kosice, where he won regional rounds in mathematics, informatics and programming competitions.
