Mircea-Bogdan Pasoi is a Romanian-born software engineer, engineering leader and entrepreneur. He won a silver medal at IOI 2005 and a gold medal at IOI 2006 representing Romania, was an ICPC World Finals finalist (2007) and a TopCoder Collegiate Challenge finalist. He co-founded infoarena.ro (2004) and the job search engine balaur.ro, moved to Vancouver in 2010, and co-founded Summify, which Twitter acquired in 2012. He then led engineering at Twitter, Coinbase (Head of Identity Engineering) and Novi (Head of Growth Engineering) and headed engineering at Clubhouse, before co-founding Memo AI (acquired by Coinbase) and Serene AI (acquired by Brain Co.), where he is now Head of Engineering. He is also an active angel investor and a US citizen.
