Nipun Pitimanaaree

Nipun Pitimanaaree is a Thai-born mathematician and entrepreneur, among the most decorated competitors in International Mathematical Olympiad history with four gold medals and one silver (2009-2013) - one of only eight people ever to win four IMO golds. He studied at MIT (BS Computer Science, BS Mathematics, MEng EECS), where he was a Hewlett Foundation Undergraduate Research and Innovation Scholar working on formal verification of Spark SQL in Coq under Adam Chlipala. He co-founded Alpha Finance Lab (Alpha Homora, which pioneered leveraged yield farming, later rebranded Stella), co-founded Beta Finance, and is Co-Founder & CTO of INFINIT, a DeFi abstraction layer for launching and scaling DeFi protocols. He is based in San Francisco and is an active angel investor.
