Reinaldo (Reynaldo) Penharrubia Fagundes is a Brazilian mathematician and engineer who represented Brazil at the International Mathematical Olympiad twice: honourable mention in 1993 (Istanbul, 10 points) and silver medal in 1994 (Hong Kong, 31 points, 80th). He was a two-time silver medalist in the Brazilian Mathematical Olympiad (1992, 1993) and won silver at the Ibero-American Mathematical Olympiad. He studied Mechatronics Engineering at Escola Politecnica da USP. He later appears as a company director in the UK (UUX Holding Company Limited) and as a partner in Brazilian companies.
