Teng Junbin

Teng Junbin is a Singaporean software engineer. He represented Singapore at the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) in 1997 in Cape Town, winning a bronze medal (275 points, rank 64). He holds a First Class Honours degree in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore (2007) and has worked as a software engineer at Google (2007-2015 and 2019-2022), Two Sigma (2015-2019), and as a Core Developer at Hudson River Trading (2022-2026). He is a named inventor on multiple Google patents covering search ranking, spam detection, and social networking, and was an ICPC Parallel Challenge contestant for NUS.
