Taiwanese mathematician and researcher in quantum information theory and optimization. Represented Taiwan at the 61st International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO 2020), winning a bronze medal with a score of 22, and again at APMO 2021 (bronze). Now a researcher at National Taiwan University, working with Yen-Huan Li on algorithms for quantum state learning and quantum channel capacities.

Wei-Fu Tseng is a Taiwanese mathematician and researcher in quantum information theory and optimization. He represented Taiwan at the 61st International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO 2020), earning a bronze medal with a score of 22 out of 42, and returned to international competition for Taiwan at APMO 2021 (bronze, 16 points). He now researches algorithms for quantum state learning and quantum channel capacities at National Taiwan University, where he works with Yen-Huan Li; he is first author of the ALT 2025 paper 'Online Learning of Quantum States with Logarithmic Loss via VB-FTRL'.
