Yoav Katz is an Israeli competitive programmer who represented Israel at the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) 2021, winning a bronze medal. In the 2021 Olympiad he scored 275/600, placing 95th overall and 73.22% by relative rank among 351 contestants. He competed as a 12th-grade student at Blich High School in Ramat Gan. He went on to study Mathematics and Computer Science at Tel Aviv University (BSc), and remains active in competitive programming under the Codeforces handle yoka255. He returned to IOI in 2023 as a guest delegation member for Israel.
