Lots of people don't like Redshirts. In fact, all told it's the book of mine that's gotten the largest number of negative reviews, including from major trade venues, including Kirkus (which called it "sophomoric") and Publishers Weekly. I can also attest that it continues to sell very well over its various formats. It is unquestionably one of the most popular books I've ever written.
