Andrew He

Andrew He (handle 'ecnerwala') is an American competitive programmer and software engineer. He represented the United States at the International Olympiad in Informatics in 2014 and 2015, and is a Codeforces Legendary Grandmaster (peak rating 3843). He won the 2021 Facebook Hacker Cup. He studied math and computer science at MIT (Monta Vista High School, Cupertino) and has worked as a software engineer at Modal, Impira, Dropbox, Cruise and Addepar. He is now building Cognition, the company behind the Devin AI software engineer, based in Cupertino, California.
