Bar Goueta is an Israeli mathematics competitor who represented Israel at the International Mathematical Olympiad in 2005 (bronze medal, 8 points) and 2006 (honourable mention, 13 points), the same years he also competed and medaled internationally in informatics. He later studied at Tel Aviv University, where he earned a Third Prize at the 2008 International Mathematics Competition for University Students.
