Jaewoo Byun (Byun Jaewoo, 변재우) is a South Korean competitive programmer who represented the Republic of Korea at the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) in 2025 and 2026. He won gold at IOI 2025 (24th worldwide, 448.70/600) as a 2nd-year student at Gyeonggi Science High School, and silver at IOI 2026 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (41st, 352.99/600) as a 3rd-year. He competes on Codeforces as byunjaewoo.

South Korean competitive programming student and two-time IOI national team member for the Republic of Korea (IOI 2025 gold, IOI 2026 silver).
