Error in The World Atlas of Coffee?
Aren’t both of these burr grinders? Seems like maybe the wrong picture was added for the left one.
🤦♂️ Thank you - we’ll make sure this is fixed in future print runs!
Hoffmann aiden review
Once we got it into the edit, I realised I hadn’t done a great job. We’ve reshot it now, and so shouldn’t be too long.
Mr. Hoffman, you’ve ruined me
I did it, I tried the steamed water in my Americano today… Very sad to report that it actually DOES improve the drink by a considerable amount. My wife and her bf are now laughing hysterically as I test different varieties of water, steaming temps, swirling techniques, and all…
This Hoffman guy sounds like a dick... Also - the noise is slightly less awful if you keep the wand in the "stretching" position where it is pulling air in throughout the entire process.
