Best Coresignal Alternative in 2026: Autumn vs. Coresignal
Autumn vs. Coresignal, with a real run: 23 companies whose job posts say they're replacing Jenkins, and what it took to find them.

Autumn (autumn.ai) is a Coresignal alternative for teams that need to know which companies meet a specific condition, like "is hiring someone to move them off Jenkins." You write the condition, Autumn reads the web when you run it, and each row comes back with the sentence that qualifies it.
Coresignal sells data. It collects company, employee, job and social post records from the public web and sells them through an API, an MCP server and dataset files. If you want the raw records, that's what it's built for. If you want the accounts that qualify, someone still has to read them.
| Autumn | Coresignal | |
|---|---|---|
| Output | A list with evidence per row | Records from its datasets |
| Freshness | Read when you run it | Jobs rescraped daily |
| How you ask | Any written criteria | Filters, Elasticsearch, plain English |
| Qualifying | Autumn, against your rules | Up to you |
| Access | App, API, agents | API, MCP, web app, files |
Coresignal details are from its docs and pricing page on October 30, 2026. We didn't test its API.
Which companies are hiring to replace Jenkins?
We asked Autumn for companies whose job posts, published since August 1, say the role will move them off Jenkins. It found 23, including State Farm, RBC, Sanofi, Sonos and ZoomInfo. Fifteen name GitHub Actions as the replacement.
If you sell CI/CD tooling, that's a list worth having. Plenty of companies run Jenkins. Far fewer have posted a job to replace it.
The prompt:
“Find 40 companies whose own job posts, published on or after 2026-08-01, explicitly say the role will migrate away from, replace or retire Jenkins. Capture the tool they are moving to. The hiring company must be the actual employer: exclude staffing agencies and consultancies.”

Finding posts that mention Jenkins and migration was the easy part. About 40 companies had posts with that wording but were staffing agencies or consultancies hiring for a client. Others wanted Jenkins migration as past experience, or were migrating their customers' setups. Autumn read each post and left those out.
Here's one row that made it:
| Ascenda | Result |
|---|---|
| Role | DevOps Engineering Manager |
| Posted | August 2, 2026 |
| Moving to | GitHub Actions |
| Evidence | "We're currently moving our CI/CD off Jenkins onto GitHub Actions." (job post) |
The first pass returned 27 companies in about seven minutes. We checked every row against its post and found four problems: one cited another company's post, two rows were the same post, and two posts didn't actually say Jenkins was being replaced. Autumn fixed them in the same task, which left 23.

Coresignal's job records include the full text of each post (data dictionary), so the same posts are probably in there. But its docs describe the API as "a data retrieval tool" whose endpoints "do not support analytic features" (jobs API). Sorting the staffing agencies from the actual buyers would be your job.
How fresh is Coresignal's data?
Autumn reads the source each time you run a task, on every plan. That matters most for pages no dataset is built around, like a company's trust page, changelog or careers page.
Coresignal's jobs data is current: it rescrapes active job posts every 24 hours (jobs API page). Its other records are stamped with their last collection date, and its datasets update daily, weekly or monthly. A separate employee API fetches profiles live.
What does Coresignal cost?
Autumn plans start at $20 a month, API included (pricing).
Coresignal has a 7-day trial with 2,000 free credits, and plans start at $49 a month for 2,500 credits. Standard searches are free. A job posting costs 1 credit to collect, and a full company or employee record costs 20. These are its published prices as of October 30, 2026.
Other Coresignal alternatives
- Autumn (autumn.ai): research at request time, with the evidence for each row.
- People Data Labs: an API over its own person and company datasets.
- Your own scraper: you own the collection, the upkeep and the sorting.
There's more in our company search API guide and people search API guide.
How to run this yourself
Paste the prompt above into the Autumn app, send it to POST /task (quickstart), or ask Claude or your own agent through the MCP server. Swap Jenkins for whatever tool you compete with. The same approach works for questions that aren't about jobs at all, like startups hiring their first sales rep or which company a Gmail sign-up works at.
How we did this
We ran one Autumn task on the Ranger tier on October 30, 2026. It searched job boards, applicant tracking systems and careers pages. Autumn ran out of qualifying posts at 27, short of the 40 we asked for. Job posts describe advertised work, which may cover one team rather than a whole company, so read the list as a sample, not a census. Coresignal details come from its public docs and pricing page; we didn't run its API.
