I lead GTM for the APAC market at Weights and Biases - the best tools for Machine Learning
Leading development and execution of GTM for AI in creativity. Launched products such as Neutone (MLOps platform for music creators), Image-to-sound match, AI music generation etc for B2B and B2C.
Founded and lead regional GTM execution of Japan. Grew customers from zero to 200+ and established a market leader presence. Built and managed a team of 60 in functions ranging from Sales, Channel, Marketing, Data Science, Support, Customer Success and Product Management.
Shiroyagi participated in the 4th term of MOVIDA seed accelerator program. We received the second round of funding from Global Brain. Our app, Kamelio received 2014 Best App award from Apple.
Thesis: “Investigation of Electroweak Production of the Top Quark at the LHC” A position fully funded by the collage scholarship and Overseas Research Student Award. A statistical method was developed to measure the spin of the top quark, using template based regression method and applied computational implementation of the analysis in C++ and Python with ROOT statistical analysis package. The method allows for distinguishing theoretically distinct models of top quark production mechanisms under the presence of experimental conditions, which tends to smear and bias the signal. The measurement would become a critical building block to our understanding of the condition of the early universe, within a microsecond of its creation. The work was considered important because I applied a quantitative analysis strategy based on Monte Carlo simulation techniques to measure spin of the top quark for the first time in the collaboration.
Thesis: “Cellular Automata Simulation of Ferromagnetism” I started as an Electronic Engineering student but soon found Physics the most interested subject of all. I learned classical physics to quantum mechanics and was awarded with the top grades every year (See honors and awards). I developed interests in computer simulation and data analysis and spent much time on my final project on cellular automata, which lead to the thesis.
